Yoga
The ancient practice of yoga offers many gifts and the invitation to be fully present in the moment and move with awareness. During our four- or eight-week yoga sessions, participants have the opportunity to experience this ancient exercise practice, which combines controlled breathing and a series of postures to help build strength, increase flexibility and promote balance.

Beginner and Advanced Yoga
These classes will encourage you to listen to your own inner wisdom and bring flexibility, relaxation, mental clarity and peace into your life experience. Yoga mats are provided, however we encourage you to bring your own, large towel or blanket. Yoga mats will be provided.
Note: Participants of the Advanced Yoga classes must have had Beginner yoga, been taking Continuing Yoga or have ongoing yoga practice.

Prenatal Yoga
Discover how breath and body awareness can help lead to a joyous birthing experience. Learn safe and effective stretches, exercises and breathing techniques for all stages of pregnancy that promote peace of mind for you and your baby, as well as help relieve some of the common discomforts of pregnancy. Participants are asked to wear comfortable clothing and bring a large towel. Yoga mats will be provided. Participants must sign a waiver and have a written physician consent in order to participate.
