Tracey Ellison, Vice President of Human Resources

Since joining Carroll Hospital Center in 2007, Tracey Ellison has played a key role in achieving some of the lowest vacancy and turnover rates in the hospital's history. In June 2008, Ms. Ellison was promoted to Vice President of Human Resources and is responsible for developing and implementing key workforce programs, policies and human capital strategies for the hospital.  

Ms. Ellison previously served as the Director of Employee Services for Lifebridge Health, where she focused on recruitment, retention, employee engagement, employee recognition, workforce development, performance management, goal setting and operational efficiency.

She has a master's degree in Human Resources Development from McDaniel College and has her Senior Professional in Human Resources certification.
