For people with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) or restrictive lung diseases, performing even the simplest daily activities presents a challenge. When every breath is a struggle, enjoying life to the fullest becomes more difficult. Carroll Hospital Center serves patients with COPD, emphysema, chronic bronchitis and those who have had or have a pending heart or lung transplant. The program is certified by the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehab (AACVPR) to ensure the highest quality of care. Most insurances, including Medicare, cover the cost.

To help you cope with your condition and function more comfortably and independently, the Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program, located in our Outpatient Center, offers:
