Andrew Pastorek named Carroll Hospital Center May Associate of the Month

Westminster, Md. – (May 2, 2014) — Andrew Pastorek, bio-medical engineering technician, was selected as Carroll Hospital Center’s May Associate of the Month. A member of the Carroll Hospital Center staff since 2003, Pastorek was nominated for his dedication, hard work and innovativeness in generating cost savings initiatives for his department at the hospital.
“Andrew’s work ethic is incredible, and he exemplifies all of our SPIRIT values on a daily basis,” said Wayne Jenkins, bio-medical manager at Carroll Hospital Center, said. “He is a tremendous resource to many of our Associates, and we are fortunate to have him as one of our team players.”
Each month, Carroll Hospital Center recognizes the extraordinary achievements of members of the Carroll Hospital Center staff with a program called Associate WOW Service Awards. From those who are nominated to receive Associate WOW Service Awards each month, one Associate of the Month is chosen. And, from a year’s worth of Associate of the Month winners, one Associate of the Year is selected.
Community members and hospital staff members are encouraged to nominate a hospital staff member who has demonstrated a special dedication and devotion to his/her job in a variety of ways.
