Carroll Hospital Center welcomes new providers Holly Aspelmeier, M.S.N., C.R.N.P., and Brooke Richardson Parks, P.A.-C., to Carroll Health Group Primary Care. Carroll Health Group is Carroll Hospital Center’s affiliated multi-specialty practice group.

Nurse practitioner Holly Aspelmeier, M.S.N., C.R.N.P., will be seeing patients with primary care physician Wendy Miller, M.D., in Eldersburg.

With more than 18 years of experience in the health care industry, Aspelmeier earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Coppin State University and her Master of Science in Nursing degree from Johns Hopkins University, both in Baltimore. She also earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from McDaniel College in Westminster.

Aspelmeier is accepting new patients at Carroll Health Group Primary Care located at 1380 Progress Way, Suite 110, in Eldersburg. To schedule an appointment, please call 410-795-0257.

Physician assistant Brooke Richardson Parks will be joining Carroll Health Group Primary Care in Westminster, seeing patients with Ernesto Mendoza, M.D.

Parks received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland in Baltimore and her Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Towson University. She also earned her physician assistant certificate from the Community College of Baltimore County.

Parks is accepting new patients. Her office is located at 826 Washington Road, Suite 120 in Westminster. To schedule an appointment, please call 410-848-2444.
