Carroll Hospital Center Welcomes Nurse Practitioner Della D’Nicuola to Carroll Health Group Endocrinology

Westminster, Md. – (September 30, 2013) — Carroll Hospital Center is pleased to welcome certified family nurse practitioner Della D’Nicuola, F.N.P, C.R.N.P., to its team of diabetes specialists at Carroll Health Group Endocrinology.
Board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), D’Nicuola comes to Carroll Health Group with seven years of nursing experience and more than 20 years of experience in the health care industry. She obtained her Master of Science degree as a family nurse practitioner and Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from the University of Maryland in Baltimore, Md.
D’Nicuola joins Carroll Health Group Endocrinology’s team of specialists dedicated to providing high quality care for diabetes and other endocrine system disorders. She joins endocrinologists Drs. James Dicke and Kiarash Zarbalian who have extensive experience in diagnosing and treating disorders of the endocrine system including diabetes and thyroid conditions.
Also on staff is nurse practitioner Laura Ruby, D.N.P., C.R.N.P., A.D.M. - B.C., who has more than 10 years of endocrinology experience and is board certified in Advanced Diabetes Management. And, to help educate patients on managing their diabetes, diabetes educator and clinical dietitian Amy Michael, M.S., R.D., L.D., C.D.E., is conveniently available at the Carroll Health Group Endocrinology office.
Michael also works at Carroll Hospital Center’s Diabetes Center, providing individualized nutrition and diabetes education to patients. She will work collaboratively with providers at Carroll Health Group Endocrinology to offer patients comprehensive care in the management of diabetes.
