Carroll Hospital Center hosting annual National Cancer Survivors Day celebration, June 2

Westminster, Md. – (April 22, 2013) — In honor of the courage, determination and strength of cancer survivors and their families, Carroll Hospital Center is hosting its second annual National Cancer Survivors Day celebration on Sunday, June 2 from noon to 3 p.m. at the Carroll County Farm Museum.
The free event is a day for cancer survivors and their families to enjoy beach-themed fun to celebrate victories against the disease. Attendees will enjoy great food, door prizes and giveaways, musical entertainment and watch a volleyball game featuring Carroll Hospital Center staff. Children can also participate in a range of kid-friendly activities including face painting and more.
