Kevin Kelbly, Chief Financial Officer/Senior Vice President of Corporate and Fiscal Affairs

Mr. Kelbly received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1981 from the College of William and Mary and his Master of Administrative Science in 1990 from The Johns Hopkins University. While Mr. Kelbly no longer practices accounting, he passed his C.P.A. exam in 1981.

Mr. Kelbly began his health care management career in 1983 as Audit Manager of the Specialty Hospital Group of National Medical Enterprises. In 1986, he moved to Montgomery General Hospital in Olney, Maryland, where he served in the capacity of Controller. Mr. Kelbly joined Carroll Hospital Center in July 1990 as Vice President of Finance.

Outside of his responsibilities with Carroll Hospital Center, he serves on a number of committees of the Maryland Hospital Association (MHA) and is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), Maryland chapter. Additionally, Mr. Kelbly serves on the boards of the Historical Society of Carroll County and the Carroll County Economic Development Commission.
