Through Job Shadow Day, Carroll Hospital Center offers the unique opportunity for students or those considering a career change, to observe firsthand what it's like to work in the field of health care. The goal is to help individuals gain a better understanding of the knowledge and responsibilities related to the career they are interested in and assist them with  making decisions for the future.

Job Share Day

For prospective employees of Carroll Hospital Center
 
Carroll Hospital Center also offers a Job Share Day through which prospective employees of the hospital are able to spend a day with the department or unit that they will be working for. This opportunity allows potential staff members to experience a typical work day, which will help them decide if Carroll Hospital Center is the right fit for them.
