Cancer can rob a woman of her energy, appetite and strength. But it doesn't have to take away her self-confidence. Look Good ... Feel Better is a free program that teaches beauty techniques to women with cancer and to help them combat the appearance-related side effects of cancer treatments.
Each participant will receive a large bag of cosmetics donated from major manufacturers and suited for all types of skin coloring as well as instruction and suggestions for wig care, head coverings and an opportunity to meet other women who have similar diagnoses and experiences.
If you are interested in attending one of the above dates or for more information, please call the American Cancer Society at 1-888-535-4555. Dates/times are subject to change.
