Diabetes Self-Management Education Programs — we offer both one-on-one diabetes instruction and "living with diabetes" group classes.

Chronic Wound Care Services
In addition to our diabetes education and support services, Carroll Hospital Center offers patients who are suffering from chronic, non-healing wounds caused by diabetes or other conditions the latest evaluation and care at The Center for Wound Care and Hyperbaric Medicine. Located in our Outpatient Center, the center offers:
- Outpatient treatment of chronic, non-healing wounds
- Oxygen therapy to speed the healing of certain types of wounds
