The Carroll Hospital Center Foundation offers you the opportunity to honor a doctor, nurse or other caregiver who has touched your life in an important way. Hearing the words “thank you” from a patient is more precious to health professionals than any prestigious accolade or award they can receive.

Your Guardian Angel will receive a special card informing them of your thoughtful gift and their name will be displayed throughout the hospital as a Guardian Angel. In addition, once a year, they will receive a special lapel pin to wear proudly.
