From preventive screenings and progressive treatments, to recovery and support—we offer a full range of clinical services to women throughout their life span.
The Breast Center
Added in 2000, The Breast Center provides comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic services to women before and after a diagnosis of breast cancer. Designed with the patients’ needs in mind, the center’s setting is relaxed and welcoming. Mammograms are available onsite through Advanced Radiology, and surgical consultations are scheduled within 24 hours of referral. What’s more specially trained physicians perform advanced procedures right at The Breast Center.
This challenging time is made a little easier through the assistance of our Women’s Services Coordinator, a registered nurse who helps patients schedule appointments, secure second opinions, understand their diagnosis, explore different therapies, explore information, obtain referrals to community services and receive the support they need. The Breast Center rounds out its full range of services with a breast cancer support group, educational programs, massage, acupuncture, reflexology and a breast cancer boutique.
