“Dr. Friedman is an exceptional physician whose dedication to ensuring his patients receive the highest quality of care in a timely fashion is to be commended,” Kevin Smothers, M.D., F.A.C.E.P., chief medical officer and senior vice president of medical affairs at Carroll Hospital Center, said.
