Westminster, Md. – (December 31, 2007) — The Carroll Collector’s Club donated $5,150 to The Breast Center at The Women’s Place at Carroll Hospital Center, following the club’s 8th Annual Bingo Dinner on Nov. 3. This year’s event was held at the Gamber Volunteer Fire Company. Carroll Collector’s Club members presented the check to Carol Phillips, Carroll Hospital Center Foundation, on December 6.

The Club’s bingo dinner is held annually in honor of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month and has raised more than $47,000 for The Breast Center, since it began in 2000.

Established in 1996, the Carroll Collector’s Club is for people who enjoy collecting a variety of items, including ornaments, dolls, model cars and figurines.
