Westminster, Md. – (November 20, 2007) — Dale Taylor, courier services, was recently selected as Carroll Hospital Center’s November Associate of the Month. A member of the Carroll Hospital Center staff for two years, Taylor was nominated by an associate at the hospital for consistently going above and beyond to serve the hospital and its affiliates.

Couriers are charged with transporting and delivering thousands of test results, mail and packages. “In his role as courier, Dale always provides exceptional customer service as efficiently as possible,” Marta Coursey, MT (ASCP) SBB, Dale’s manager said. “He is a valuable member of our hospital team.”

Each month, Carroll Hospital Center recognizes the extraordinary achievements of members of the Carroll Hospital Center staff with a program called Associate WOW Service Awards. From those who are nominated to receive Associate WOW Service Awards each month, one Associate of the Month is chosen. And, from a year’s worth of Associate of the Month winners, one Associate of the Year is selected.

Community members and hospital staff members are encouraged to nominate a hospital staff member who has demonstrated a special dedication and devotion to his/her job in a variety of ways.
