Westminster, Md. – (October 9, 2007) — Tracey Ellison has been appointed to the position of Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Carroll Hospital Center. As a new member of the hospital’s executive team, Ellison will provide vision, direction and leadership for the Department of Human Resources.

Ellison previously served as the Director of Employee Services for Lifebridge Health, where she focused on recruitment, retention, employee engagement, employee recognition, workforce development, performance management, goal setting and operational efficiency.
 
Carroll Hospital Center, founded in 1961 as Carroll County General Hospital, is a nonprofit, acute care facility offering a continuum of services, including comprehensive inpatient, outpatient and community programs.
