An employee of the hospital since 1997, Hutsell provides oversight for recruitment, benefits, compensation, employee relations and Associate Health. "Linda has created a customer service oriented team in the Human Resources Department that is dedicated to the support of our associates," said John M. Sernulka, Carroll Hospital Center President and CEO. "In addition, her commitment to a strong, cohesive workforce has reduced associate turn-over and established a stable work environment at the hospital, where everyone is focused on exceptional patient care and teamwork." Hutsell said she is excited about the future at Carroll Hospital Center. Hutsell earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Villa Julie College and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
