Westminster, Md. – Linda Hutsell has been appointed assistant vice president of human resources at Carroll County General Hospital. She has 18 years of human resources experience, including the last two years serving as director of human resources at Carroll County General. Before that, she was the hospital’s manager of employment services for four years.

Hutsell will continue providing oversight for the human resources department, including employment, recruitment, compensation, benefits administration and employee relations, as well as the associate health department.

She has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Villa Julie College and is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management. Hutsell and her family reside in Carroll County.

Founded in 1961, Carroll County General Hospital is a nonprofit, acute care facility offering a continuum of services, including comprehensive inpatient, outpatient and community programs.
