Westminster, Md. – Suzanne Paulding and her son, Benjamin, 11, of Westminster, helped lift the spirits of children at Carroll County General Hospital by donating various toys and books to the Emergency Department. The donated items were collected by students of Paulding’s home school class.

Founded in 1961, Carroll County General Hospital is a non-profit, acute care facility offering a continuum of services, including comprehensive inpatient, outpatient and community programs.
