 Westminster, Md. –
Kohl’s Department store of Westminster helped bring joy and laughter to young patients at Carroll County General Hospital by donating an assortment of children’s books.
The generous donation was a store-wide project designed by Kohl’s Associate Interactive Team, a committee of employees that focuses on assisting programs and services in the community. The collection of books contained many popular characters for kids, including Winnie the Pooh, Mickey Mouse and Dr. Seuss, as well as Christmas stories.
Founded in 1961, Carroll County General Hospital is a non-profit, acute care facility offering a continuum of services, including comprehensive inpatient, outpatient and community programs.
