Carroll County General Hospital Auxiliary Sponsors Tree of Lights
Wednesday, November 21, 2001
 Westminster, Md. –
The Carroll County General Hospital Auxiliary’s 10th annual Tree of Lights celebration will be held Monday, November 26 at the Stoner Memorial Garden, located adjacent to the hospital’s main entrance. The lighting ceremony is set for 7 p.m.
The Tree of Lights is a unique way to remember someone special. With a donation of $5 or more, a light bulb will be placed on the tree in honor or in memory of those you care about. The names of donors and honorees are recorded in the Book of Honor displayed in the hospital lobby. Donations for the holiday tree will be accepted through Jan. 15, 2002.
Proceeds from the Tree of Lights will help support hospital programs and services. The tree will remain lit throughout the holiday season as a symbol of hope, love and remembrance.
One of the largest contributors over the past five years to the Tree of Lights is Burrier Queen Funeral Home, which makes a gracious donation to the holiday ceremony in honor of the families it has served.
To make a donation, please send the name of the person to be honored or remembered to: Carroll County General Hospital Auxiliary, Tree of Lights, 200 Memorial Avenue, Westminster, MD 21157. Also include the following information: your name and address, the name and address of the person to notify and the amount of the gift (make checks payable to the CCGH Auxiliary).
