Westminster, Md. – Linda Hutsell has been promoted to director of Human Resources at Carroll County General Hospital. In her new role, Ms. Hutsell is responsible for employment, recruitment, compensation, benefits administration and employee relations.

She served as manager of employment services at Carroll County General since 1997. Previously, Ms. Hutsell spent 12 years at Mount Washington Pediatric Health System, serving as director of employment services and employment manager.

Ms. Hutsell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Villa Julie College and is a member of the Maryland Association of Healthcare Recruiters and Society for Human Resources Management.

Founded in 1961, Carroll County General Hospital is a nonprofit, acute care facility offering a continuum of services, including comprehensive inpatient, outpatient and community programs.
