Access Carroll, Inc.
Founded in 2005 as a joint venture between Carroll Hospital Center, the Carroll County Health Department and The Partnership for a Healthier Carroll County Inc., Access Carroll is a nonprofit organization providing free health care to uninsured and low-income residents of Carroll County, Maryland.
