Award-Winning Workplace

For the 11th consecutive year, Carroll Hospital has been recognized as one of the best places to work after being named a winner of the 2017 Workplace Excellence Award, the 2017 Health & Wellness Trailblazer Award and, for the eighth consecutive time, the 2017 EcoLeadership Award by the Alliance for Workplace Excellence (AWE). In addition, the hospital received AWE's 2017 Diversity Champion Award for the fourth consecutive year. 

As a winner of these awards, Carroll Hospital has demonstrated an outstanding commitment to overall workplace quality in the areas of communication, diversity, employee growth, life-work balance, as well as superior commitment to employee health and wellness. We have also been recognized for our commitment to implementing various green initiatives.

The hospital received CEO Cancer Gold Standard Accreditiation in 2014 and re-accreditiation in 2016 from the CEO Roundtable on Cancer for our efforts to reduce the risk of cancer for our employees.
