When it comes to breast cancer, early detection is the best protection!

• If you are in your 20s and 30s

         Are you having a clinical breast exam by a trained physician at least every 3 years? 

• If you are 40 or older

        Are you having a mammogram and clinical breast exam by a trained physician
every year?

• Are you doing a breast self-exam on a regular basis? Always report any abnormal symptoms to your physician right away.

• And remember — men can get breast cancer too!
