Bob Edmondson, Chief Strategy Officer

As chief strategy officer, Mr. Edmondson oversees all aspects of the organization’s strategic growth opportunities, including care management, physician recruiting and managed care contracting.

Mr. Edmondson comes to Carroll Hospital Center with 20 years of experience in strategic planning and business development for hospitals and health systems. He previously served as vice president of strategy and innovation at West Penn Allegheny Health System in Pittsburgh, Penn. He was senior partner at Endeavor Health Group, L.L.C., in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., and vice president of planning and business development at Mercy Health Partners in Springfield, Ohio.

Mr. Edmondson has a Master of Public Health degree in health administration from San Diego State University in California and a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of California, San Diego.
