Founded in 2005 as a joint venture between Carroll Hospital Center, the Carroll County Health Department and The Partnership for a Healthier Carroll County Inc., Access Carroll is a nonprofit organization providing free health care to uninsured and low-income residents of Carroll County, Maryland.
Outpatient imaging services are provided in Westminster and Eldersburg by our imaging partner, Advanced Radiology. The largest imaging provider in the State of Maryland, Advanced Radiology offers a complete range of imaging services including Digital Mammography, X-Ray, MRI/MRA, CT/CTA, PET/CT, Nuclear Medicine, DEXA for bone density measurement and more.

Carroll Regional Cancer Center

Carroll Hospital Center offers five outpatient medical laboratories throughout Carroll County to make getting routine blood draws and urinalysis fast and convenient. Our outpatient medical labs are located in Westminster, Eldersburg, Taneytown, Manchester and Hampstead, and are staffed by experienced, licensed medical personnel.

Carroll Hospital Center and Frederick Memorial Hospital created Mt. Airy Health Services, a jointly owned and operated satellite medical office facility, to bring physicians, specialists and advanced health care resources to the Mt. Airy community.
The Partnership for a Healthier Carroll County
The Partnership is a private, non-profit organization focused on promoting health and wellness throughout the community. This organization was established in April 1999 in collaboration with Carroll Hospital Center and the Carroll County Health Department.
