FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Westminster, Md. – (February 11, 2013) — Stacy Little, R.N., was selected as Carroll Hospital Center’s February Associate of the Month. A member of Carroll Hospital Center’s staff for nearly 15 years, Little was nominated for her expertise and dedication to patient care when she went above and beyond her duties to assist staff members with a medical procedure.

“Stacy is an exceptional nurse that exemplifies what teamwork is all about,” said Stephanie Reid, R.N., B.S.N., M.B.A., chief nursing officer and assistant vice president of nursing. “The well-being of patients is always her top priority and she is always willing to go the extra mile to improve a patient’s experience.”

Each month, Carroll Hospital Center recognizes the extraordinary achievements of members of the Carroll Hospital Center staff with a program called Associate WOW Service Awards. From those who are nominated to receive Associate WOW Service Awards each month, one Associate of the Month is chosen. And, from a year’s worth of Associate of the Month winners, one Associate of the Year is selected.

Community members and hospital staff members are encouraged to nominate a hospital staff member who has demonstrated a special dedication and devotion to his/her job in a variety of ways. For more information on how to nominate a Carroll Hospital Center staff member, contact the Human Resources Department at 410-871-6833.
